As Promised... A Night With Kate White ⋆ Rockin' Robin Dot Me

Thursday Night I had the pleasure of meeting Kate White, editor in chief of Cosmopolitan Magazine and renowned author, at the launch of her newest book, So Pretty It Hurts. The event was at my favorite store of all time, Henri Bendel!! I was rather excited to get going and had some of my fav accessories on my desk at work just to behold until it was time to go! I’m always sure I am on the verge of being fired, but I think I may just brighten the place up! the event was held on the second floor amid a very vivid phosphorescent back ground of springs brightest of bright accessories. It was really an eyeful! Brings me back to the 80’s but I find it refreshing to see so much color abound after so much black! Kate was up the stairs and met with each and every fan personally. I was in awe of her, not just her talent but her stunning beauty. I told her I admired her, that was the best I could come up with, but it is true. She signed my book and I was happy. 🙂 Salted Dark and milk caramels were passed around as well as champagne. I found the flips I need for summer (I posted about them earlier in the week and I am going to splurge for my birthday in 2 weeks!) I stalked some great shoes and interesting people.
