Spent a nice day in New York City today. My friend and I went and had our hair done at The Carsten Institute. I was a little nervous at first as it is a school but the reputation calmed my nerves! Turned out to be a great experience! Thank you LIM College for the VIP treatment we received today! The shop was very professional, my stylist was a lovely young woman from Antigua, and the AVEDA Rosemary Mint Shampoo and conditioner was really delightful! (I am going to buy it online right after I post!) Next we had a delicious lunch at Lillie’s Victorian Establishment, complete with white sangria. Lastly we window shopped just a little bit!
